General Return Guidelines:

  • Verify that the product remains unused and in its original packaging.
  • We gladly accept returns for defected/faulty items. Regrettably, we cannot accommodate returns due to a "Change of Mind." If approved for such returns, a minor 10% deduction will be applied to the shoe price.
  • Initiate any return claims within a span of 7 working days.
  • To commence a return, dispatch the product via a traceable courier service (e.g., Pakistan Post, M&P, Leopard, or TCS) at your expense to our designated address.
  • Alternatively, visit our outlet for facilitation regarding return/exchange/refund processes.

Product Size Replacement:

  • Note that all products on our website are available in EURO sizes. Prior to placing an order or requesting a size replacement, consult the attached "SIZE CHART" on each product's details page.
  • A nominal delivery charge of 200/- will be applicable for size replacements. No charges will be levied for replacing faulty/defective products.
  • Size replacement requests will be processed efficiently within 7 working days.
  • For size replacements, kindly return the product via a traceable delivery method. Upon receipt, we will promptly dispatch the desired size to you.

Return/Refund Process:

  • Ensure the product remains unworn and unused.
  • The return amount will be processed promptly within 7 working days.
  • To initiate a product return, dispatch it to our address through a traceable delivery service. Following the product's reception, our customer service will promptly reach out to you for your Bank Account details or Easy Paisa/Jazz Cash details.
  • Please be aware that Return & Exchange policies are not applicable to Sale/Discounted Products.
